We process and ship orders within the timeframe provided at checkout. Story Magnets is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds.

• Exchanges for Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt date with a photo and your order details. We will gladly replace damaged items after verifying the issue. Exchanges are only applicable for damaged items and must be requested within the specified timeframe.
